Healthy meal for a pregnant women? Scarmbled eggs and grilled cheese?
I want something OTHER than carby stuff!! I was thinking about making 2 scrambled eggs and putting 1 sausage link sliced, a few slices of carrot, 3 g tomatoes sliced, serving of sharp cheddar shredded cheese, and sprinkles of garlic POWDER NOT!!!! SALT, basil leaves, thyme, paprika, and just a bit of 1% milk to make them a little fluffy! Than a grilled cheese on wheat bread using the same sharp cheddar cheese for now, im ganna get the square reduced fat 35 calorie cheese next time i go to the store. But this lunch for today would come out to be 620 calories. Is this a healthy lunch? Im getting vitamins/minerals, protein, and healthy fats(just a little bit of saturated but not much)! And cancer fighting, metabolism boosting, natural spices!
