Who is the Artist in This Video??

I'm looking for the name of an artist that appears in a music video I saw on Yahoo! Music. It's an English singer, I can't tell if the video is current or not. The guy kind of looks like one of the Monkey's and is hosting some sort of talk show. During the video he's doing all sorts of things like sky diving, hosting a cooking show and at one point there is even a baby elephant on the screen. The whole thing looks like a throw back to the seventies. Please help this is driving me crazy!!
