Should I go tanning?

Lots of people try to build up a bit of tan when traveling to a hot spot. Usually it doenst help. About the only thing that will help is heavy duty Sun Block, and long sleeve shirts and pants. We own property in the Bahamas and see this sort of thing all the time. Nothing can get you ready for that sun
