Should it be legal for two Atheist men to marry eachother?

it should be legal for any two men regardless of their religion or any two women for that matter to marry one another if they so choose...the sanctity of marriage is no argument against same marriage, since it has been dead a long long time, and cheating white hetero republicans employed by citizens of the US, had a large hand in killing it!!
