My 4 and a half year old thinks shes 15?

She acts like she is a teenager and i just dont know what to do, the worst part is, if you didnt kow better you might actually think she was just a really short 15 year old. she dosent listen, timeouts dont bother her, she just does what she wants when she wants no matter what i say HELP!!!!!
