What do you do once you Max Ev's in pokemon?

OK first you only gain EV's when you level up. And Ditto is still Ditto. It is NOT a Groudon. It just copies Groudon's appearance and moves. And you barely gain any EV's with Ditto so you are nowhere close to maxing out your Metagross's EV's.
