SSDI refused me and I now have to find a job with Fibromyalgia?

I was refused my SSDI I have been trying to get approved for three years. I have no income and now I have been forced back into the workforce even though I can't do anything that I have been trained for. I have a background in Admin and customer service. With the lack of jobs these days it just seems like a cruel joke. I can't sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch bend or use my my for very long without being in agony. I'm forgetfull and extremely clumsy abd I can't drive anymore because of my meds. The SSA said in thier answer that "I may not be able to do the work I have done in the past but I can do something else for income." My question is What? What can I do to make money? If I can't do anything I've done in the past then I have no skills and nobody will hire me with my limitations. I've been laughed out of temp agencies for cryin out loud. I'm 37 years old with three kids and I can't support them like this. Hubby left me high and dry for a little blond who I swear still needs nap time, but oh well. I just need help. The great state of MA and the US government has both said oh well you're s.o.l.
