Silver fingerprint pendant kit?

i want to make my own silver fingerprint pendants. Where can i get a kit, or instructions on how to make them? all i can find on the internet is people who make them, or send you the wax imprint for you to return it... i would like to make the whole thing myself. i know it takes a wax mould, and it needs to be lined... but that's all i know... please help?
