Urgent mouse problem.?

My friend has a mouse named Oreo, she is a female. She is a mouse. Yesterday, my friend was cleaning out her and her cage-mate's (male named Rascal) cage and left them in their . She was jumping around trying to avoid being handled to much. After she was put back in her cage, my friend found her stuck under their food bowl. My friend helped her, she ran away, seeming fine. This morning, she couldnt and still cant move her back legs at all, and it seems she cant move her tail, but we arent sure of the tail part yet, she is also shaking.
