Give me your opinion lexus?

well i have a lexus es 330 and it has 51,360 miles on it...and i am about to drive for 900 miles in the next 2 weeks...to jfk airport back and to ma girl's house twice and to upstate ny back and back to jfk back.....do you think this is gonna affect my car at all....or do you think any problems will occur?
