HARLEQUIN CHARACTER HELP AC: BROTHERHOOD!?

i preordered ACB and got the game and everything and the cashier said i have it. i got home opened the box and i only see the little manual. am i missing something? wheres my harlequin character? and im not talkin about the one u buy on uplay im tlakin about the free one ur promised when u pre order at gamestop >:(
