Will she really be pregnant?

me and my gf had protected using condom but everytime d inside every time we had , last week we still but this time is unprotected but some how i had d some sperm into her. She had miss her periods for 2 time/2month already. she had some she also got brown discharge last month and also sometime after we had . we had protected . this few mth she also have a bad mood swings and aslo aches and pains at her lower part of body and also she forgetful at times. Will she really be pregnant, what are other sign of Pregnancy.. or is it she to stress up that why she missed her periods
