You are the President of the U.S. you have just been told that Israel has launched an attack against Iranian?

I don't think Israel would bomb Iran without our knowledge or approval. If we did give them approval then we would probably play peace broker and have to publicly chastise them so that the Muslim street wouldn't flip out too bad. I think it would be just a one or two time strike to put a damper on the nuclear program. Russia has been arming Iran and placing defenses around potential targets - so it would be a very difficult mission. Iran would thank Allah that the Zionist entity (tm) attacked - because that act just consolidated their power for another decade or so. So Iran actually RELISHES the idea of an attack by the Jews or by the US. The population will rally behind the ayatolahs and Ahmadinijad.
